It might not have been a big day for tennis yesterday, but did that stop us from having a great time? Absolutely not! We still managed to watch matches on Centre Court, hosted Ladies’ Day and had fun in the Activation Zone!

FUN IN THE ACTIVATION ZONE

Our Activation Zone moved indoors due to the rain, but that didn’t dampen the excitement! Aussie tennis star, Alex Bolt, still brought the energy, meeting lots of enthusiastic juniors and getting stuck into the fun on court. From autographs to hitting rallies, he made sure everyone had a blast. He even gave a quick demo on how to master the perfect serve!

LADIES’ DAY

The rain couldn’t stop the fun! Everyone embraced the weather with good spirits, making Ladies’ Day as vibrant as ever. With a delicious lunch, flowing prosecco, Pimm’s and beautifully crafted gift boxes, the atmosphere was filled with laughter and celebration. It’s no wonder Ladies’ Day remains one of the highlights of the tournament week!

A special congratulations to the lucky ladies who scored the winning tickets. A stunning floral bouquet and a complimentary nutritional consultation were the prizes up for grabs, adding an extra sparkle to an unforgettable day.

LEYLA’S LOWDOWN

Though we didn’t see the full match schedule today, we did see some great tennis!

The opening men’s match was a great three setter to start Centre Court off, with Virtanen being victorious. Lloyd Harris was dominant on the grass court, but a name to watch for the future was his opponent, Landaluce. He’s only 19 and already inside the top 150!
