Swimming


All swimming facilities have been recently upgraded. We offer heated indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steamroom and also a spa pool. Swimming is an excellent training tool which can strengthen, tone, and invigorate your entire body.

Aqua aerobic classes are held twice a week to help increase fitness and flexibility, and to provide members with a fun 45 minute workout. The Club also offers swimming lessons with instructors, so if you want to improve your technique you can contact the instructors and begin training.

For adults who prefer a quiet swim, there are also ‘adult only’ swimming times, which run throughout the day; 6.45am – 9am, 12.30pm – 2pm and 6pm – 10pm.

 The club has an excellent swimming programme for all ages from babies to adults. (See full programme)
